Now we must?learn how to swim - Lagosians react as heavy downpour leaves some parts of state flooded

Residents of Lagos State have taken to social media to once again lament about heavy flooding in most parts of the state.

The heavy rainfall for almost two days is taking a toll on the state leaving most parts seriously flooded and with poor drainage, the traffic on Lagos roads at this time is unprecedented.
